thats my vin, and im not sure if my fender bender i had will show up on my vin report so when i goto trade in i don't get a surprise

if the police were involved more than likely its on there you have to use carfax to find out for sure

It doesn't show up in GMVIS , but i didn't think it would as its not a service claim.

Thanks, i don't believe it should be a service claim.....since it really wasn't a service, carfacs says there is 7 reports but what could they be?

Thanks how much would that affect the trade in value anyone know? it was fixed with all stock parts ect and by a gm dealer

it would depend on the severity of the damage. ie.. if the title has a reconditioned title. and how good it was fixed. Basiclly I look for is paint lines. Lift up the hood and feel the inside of the 1/4 panel if it feels rough then they left tape lines on it and an appraiser can tell right off that it has been repainted

ok good, no R title and i see no paint lines, no one has noticed its been wrecked

yea if the paint job was done right no orange peel and no tape lines then they probably wont even check car fax. unless that is something that they do on all trade ins while they are appraising it.
