Vince not responding
Hey guys, I recently purchased the dealer cable used from trifecta, I went to trifecta performance and got vince's email but he hasn't responded to any emails I have sent. Has anyone else been having troubles contacting him?

yeah, like stenguyen1 said, it's unlimited.... once you unlock the specific vin or a full model year that is with what hptuners calls "credits".
You can tune basically any and all 97 and up (all 96 and some 97 aren't included due to the ecm type) GM vehicles, and limited Fords can be tuned with HPTuners. However it's not just a "plug and play" setup. It's a full tuning suite which allows you to do a full custom tune of the ecm. There is a large learning curve involved if you've never messed with tuning software before, but it's definitely by no means impossible. There is a TON of good info on the hptuners forum, as well as some limited folks on here that know what they are doing with the software.
