Vince not responding
All I know is he is on vacation and will be back the 7th, I honestly don't know why you all have so many problems, When I ordered the tune a year ago he replied the monday morning before 8 his time. and then last week I asked him to update it for I have changed some parts. He replied again before 8 the next day.

He's great with some, shitty with other's. From what I have seen its a 50/50 dynamic going on with customer service.
Dude, your Canadian? Interesting!!!
Vacation? LOL! He is practically impossible to get ahold of anytime, vacation or not. He probably spending his time on the Camaro5 forums trying to push tunes on to the V6 Camaro crowd.
A little story here about Trifecta. I was actually interested in purchasing on of their GM Stage 3 tunes a while back, but they didn't offer it for my year car. I was willing to purchase a brand new GM S3 PCM, and send it to him to unlock. So I tried contacting Vince multiple times by phone and email to see if he was willing to do this. This went on for a little over a month calling and emailing, no response. I should have said F off after the first few attempts and no response, but I really wanted the GM S3 at the time. Then only time I got a response is when I signed up on his own forum and called him out. He then actually gave me a little info, and asked if I'd be interested in testing for my model year. After a I inquired about testing, no further response. At this point, I said F Trifecta.
This experinece has pushed me to want to learn how to tune with HP Tuners, becuase I don't want to have to rely on someone else and their tuning. Along with telling everyone I know to stay away from Trifecta
