My wife ordered me a set of HID's from vision bulbs for my birthday. Unfortunately I am thinking of selling my cobalt and asked her to return them so she could buy me something I plan on keeping. She received a return authorization from vision and sent them back. It has been over a month now and she still hasn't received her refund. SHe has called the only number we could find and emailed them several times with no response. I really did not want to bash vision's customer service but they have left me no choice. Can someone help me with a number that will actually get me a live customer service person? oh, and the box was never opened by me either! thanx
