VW Rabbit
They were trying to show rabbits breeding, but I'm sure you already picked up on that. As far as multi colored, they mad some really lame looking hatchbacks in the early 90's I think it was that were blue, red, and yellow painted squares all over them. Hideous paint jobs.
They're definitely neat little cars, friend and I went to the dealer see if we could drive one yesterday and they've already sold all the ones they had in. Friend wants to get rid of his '03 Blazer Extreme for the Rabbit to save on gas money. Hope they come out with a TDI version.

Yeah, unfortunately they're assembled in Mexico and have really bad reliability ratings.

When a daewoo has a 10 year 120K mile warrenty on it that really speaks chapters about how the car will most likely hold up to just being driven.
ANd the multi colored body panels were Calico rabbits. lol. I actually thought that was rather clever on VWs advertising dept.

And you'll need every bit of it. I figure at around the 30 day mark that your VW is in the shop, you'll be wishing you hadn't bought it.
the harlequin is an awsome Volkswagen. I'm not sure if volkswagen plans on putting out a gray scale harlequin look alike for the rabbit or not. it really doesn't look too bad iidont think. but it's not a performance car so i'm not really that interested in it.

For all thsoe people that claim bad reliability, those figures refer to the older 1.8t motors with the MAF, coilpack and coolan temp sensor failures. The Rabbit has a somewhat new 2.5l I-5 that is actually half a Lambo motor. The I-5's are extremely reliable, same as the older 2.0 and 8v's.
I had a '01 GTI VR6 and that thing was extremely reliable, even when it operated on 4 cylinders (stupid coil packs).

It's true. I can't remember the exact numbers but the Rabbits fuel mileage is pretty disappointing from a little car like that.
29 hw 22 city. The Cobalt get one more mile on the highway. I was thinkin bout gettin one but thats sad from a light and weak 4 cylinder.
