Hey there guys, I'm strongly considering joining your ranks by picking up a 2007 Cobalt SS/SC. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of trouble finding an 07 Cobalt with the factory performance package. Several sites are reporting that the package is discontinued on the 2007 model year, but I found a dealership nearby claiming to have an 07 with the performance package.

The dealership is out of town, but I'm going to check the car out as soon as I get a few hours to spare. Am I going to be disappointed when I get there, due to the fact that there IS NO G85 for the 2007 models?

if it has the recaros then yes it is full G85, get on that quick.....it wont last!!

You forget the destination charge its 595 i think. Then you need to add it all up.

That first price MUST be the msrp of just the car alone without any extra packages. When I add it up I get $23,580 after all options. For an 07 with those options especially the recaros, i'd think about buying it even at the 23,500 price. If you can get it with those options for 20,600, then I'd say that you stold it from them, ****** it up! Goodluck getting your SS. I love mine, I'm sure you would too.


G85 is in the 07's but many of them aren't with recaros. They discontinued the G85 w/ recaros early in 07. Some might still have it though...

My '07 has Recaro's w/ the G85.. I think the Recaro's stopped at a certain build date, either Aug. or Sept. 06...

 

mines an 07 with the G85 except without the Seats. Its also for sale for 21,000 which is all i owe on it. 7,800 miles. H&R springs, dc strut bar, progress rear swaybar, 5% tint, 8,000k McCullough HIDs, AEM cold air. Hey rally, is there anything wrong wit it since its been on the lot so long? Mileage? Its probly been test driven a lot...

 

Actually it rarely gets driven except for when we rearrange the lot. Maybe once every two months. Besides that I haven't seen it drive.

Theres not a thing wrong with it, just in the city it sits in theres a lot of wealthier people (its like a rich suburb minus being connected to a city) so a lot of people buy old cars, corvettes, gto's and ****
