Warranty question

I bought my cobalt from a private seller. The car now has 2 months left on the dealer warranty and it has an extended warranty from a subaru dealership where he bought it from. If I get stage 2 before the dealership warranty runs out, will I be ok and covered if something happens after my dealership warranty runs out?

as long as it is installed by the dealership that has the extended warranty or either a chevy dealership.

well the extended warranty was bought through the subaru dealership, because that is where he bought the car to begin with.

So I'm assuming as long as you take it to a chevy dealership, they should warranty it. But the better thing to do is to call and ask them.

But from my understanding, the dealership where the Stage 2 is going to be installed that dealer should warranty there work. And the extended warranty that you have on the car, is just that...For the car.

I was trying too. But i realized that it would be waayyy too expensive to get rid of it. I wanted to get a truck, but I'll just stick with the cobalt and get my baby hooked back up...
