What is this engine power gauge/display?

Okay so I am going to be hopefully picking up a 2009 cobalt ss from a local dealer and was checking out some pics online they had of the car. There is this engine power gauge/display thing i've never seen in a car before. It's located on the a piller. If anyone could maybe direct me to what this is that would be great thanks!

Lol this should be fun. It's the factory RPD, there's lots of information here about it.

Hope you get it. If you do, post up an intro and pics. Sweet car. Here's a video showing some of the RPD stuff (not mine):

Thanks for all the positive responses! I tried to use the seach button to figure out what it was but I wasn't really quite sure what to search lol. I just got approved by my credit union today so I should have the car in my driveway tomorrow! I'm pretty pumped to check it out I just wanted to make sure it was a factory thing and not an aftermarket piece.
