I got the autolite extreme performance plugs, should I go with the owners manual recomendation for gap or should I go with another gap considering my minor mods?????????

Try the recommendation in the manual and if it seems to run a bit off, pull the plugs and tighten the gap up a tad.

Since you are the first with this setup you may have to experiment with gaps.
Get that cat dealt with first and when gapping do babysteps and try it for a day or 2 (unless it runs like **** but the manual should be close)
Didn't want to call Wheaton and ask their opinion?
