I had the GMPP performance on my 06 LS and the touring on my 07 SSNA. Performance is definitely louder. Touring is "deeper" then the stock exhaust. Both give your car a nice sound.
If you do a lot of 70 MPH driving the performance exhaust gets to be a little loud, especially on up-an-down roads where the engine has to rev up on an incline -- in this case the touring is better..IMO.

I've had both on my 06 SS/SC and the performance got too loud for me after about 5K miles . It would drone on the highway and really cut down on how much you could hear the blower . The touring is louder than stock at an idle , and actually fairly loud when you get on it . Nice thing is you can cruise along with a nice low tone without drawing too much attention .

i'm probably going to be buying the touring in 2-4 months once spring rolls around. was originally gonna get the performance, but while i want something louder... i don't want something a LOT louder.
