I dunno the exact damage yet, but bottom line is that I need something stronger regardless...
I actually lost 3rd gear while going around on the track, without any drama or obvious noise. Was able to drive it ~60 miles to my performance shop, but by then it was leaking fluid as well...
6-speed F40 II would be my ideal but those things are expensive. Talking to Powell now about his 4.45...

It was a very sad day, I put my car in the garage to start its hibernation for the winter. Driving a 1999 Civic Si for a beater and may even drive it next year instead of my SS to keep the mileage down and save some money while I'm in college.

im running the 4.45 and love it. but im only pump gas and bolt ons with my zfr. your running an E tune right? regardless, i think a 4.45 F35 will still hold up for you im sure. but if you were able to drive it that far im sure you just cracked the case like i did before lol. it sucks but thats these cars for ya.
I hope it's something simple, then I can have it fixed for now and not have to worry about upgrading the tranny until next year. I wouldn't be able to track it until then, but at least I would have my fun weekend car
Well I had the body shop paint it black.... I set it on my trunk but forgot I left it there and drove off and when it fell the paint got messed up.., so I just plastidipped it black.. And it just sticks on to your trunk. Nothing fancy. It's can an m3 spoiler.
A 99 SI sounds fun. At least you aren't stuck with something boring like a Corolla or (insert other various appliance here).
Yeah I'm running 26psi on e47 now, ran out of fuel on full e85...
