I put cobra coolant reservoir (flow through) and Ottp heat exchanger on and new ic pump. But of course it starts to rain so I still need to run 2 houses then I'm done. I'm stock with bolt ons but I figured if I was gonna put the pump on might as we'll throw some cooling mods on.

OMG finally got tuned...
The baseline is ZZP's "canned tune"
Had a great time at Pwerks with Matt and Dave. Two very cool and extremely knowledgeable guys. Matt must have answered 100 questions from me by this point which was very helpful in learning some of the inner workings of this car. Everything went very smoothly and Dave was able to squeeze quite a bit more power out despite being limited by 91 octane. I would highly recommend you get tuned here if it's something you've been considering.
All around the car just runs better and it pulls much further into the top end. There was a very obvious and severe nose dive prior to this.

Holy **** was it ever a struggle getting this goddamn lip on, woulda been almost impossible by myself lol. Broke tabs on it, didn't put bumper back on, in pic it's just resting there.
Took a heat gun to the side trim, came off like butter thru bread. It was oddly satisfying after our struggles

Took off my side trim on one side and tried to use gasket cleaner to get the goo off, was working good until I scraped the paint off my goddamn door. Inch by inch square
