Walked into the dealership to get the ball rolling on my recall repair. They had the parts in stock. Repair completed! In and out in under an hour.

New spark plugs and changed oil in the woman's car. Still trying to figure out why cylinder 3 and 4 plugs had a rusted up midshaft. 1 and 2 looked fine.
