The vette/GTR style "4 round taillights" look is one of my favourite things about the balt.
I think putting on a G5 trunk just takes away from the look..... for me anyway.
What I'd love is to have the reverse lights from the G5 next to the license plate, and have the 4 tail lights be running, turn signal, and brake lights right from the factory instead of making me have to re-wire everything!! lol

I got one from ebay a few years back but it went with my old balt and it used the stock mounting holes from the low rise wing
On another note i should have my car back in around 1 week

it uses the stock mounting holes on the side brackets, they only ran a small batch of them

I love the look of colodude's lights, but I couldn't justify spending the money on aftermarket lights.
I just grabbed some stock tails off someone from kijiji for 40$, baked them open, and ran an L.E.D strip inside.
During the day the centers look a little brighter, but at night they are more evenly matched.

Its not that hard to re-wire the existing lights. Or you can grab an aftermarket set.

Ya but you need to seal off the reverse lights... like this
Yup and he got a spear stock front bumper for my other lsj he will give me to clean his throttle body and air intake and install a sway bar end link on his bolt ..the other cobalt kissed a ford in the **** wasn't me the women lol.

18 individual component LEDs in each housing. I think the 1N4004 diodes I selected aren't up for the job. There's a bit of reverse leakage current that's causing one light to flash with the other. Maybe a zener diode will take care of it.

I bought them to fix some suspension issues I've been having. Random little clunks I couldn't narrow down were driving me nuts!! I won't be livin the low life with the roads I drive on... Plus I'm not a big fan of the super low look. Reminds me of a wanna be gangster kid with his pants half way down his ass
Just want a 3/4" gap all around, and don't want to worry about binding axels. But you're right. I do need to drop a little. Rught now the front is higher than it was on stock! Lol
