What Have You Done To Your Cobalt Today?
College is the new "Get rich quick!" scam. They promise you tons of money, then when they have you where they want you, they drain your bank account and it takes forever to get back on your feet.
Wish I would have realized that after the first semester instead of four years after graduating.

Raced a 2011 STI tonight. Surprised at how well I did. He only has a cat-back and I'm ZZP Stage 3 with 2.8 and 60's with a custom HPT. Had him by a little more than half a car at the top of 2nd, spun into 3rd and were even, then I let off top of 3rd with half a car on him.
This is the most retarded statement I have ever read on this website. College is a learning tool that should be used to get the job that you want. I've never heard of a college promising it's students any amount of money; what they do promise is an education that can be used to sell yourself into a certain job market. Even mechanics need to take classes just to keep up with changing technology.
And to comment on part of your response you edited out: I worked 7 days a week in college and it only paid for my books and meal plan. The other $120k plus interest is slowly being leeched every month. I'm down to $93k or so.
If that's the most retarded thing you've heard on this site than 1: you clearly haven't read any of Sl0wbaltSS/Cobe's posts and 2: that makes yours the most ignorant I've heard. Google "Why should I go to college." What's the #1 reason? Four-year degrees are a waste of time and resources. My management degree is worthless because employers look at me, ignoring my5 years of management experience and say, "Why should I hire you just because you have a degree?" Different fields are better? Nope. The only degree worth getting is nursing or computer science. I have many friends with degrees and shitty jobs. One has no job. One with a master's degree in psychology is working for $10/hr at a nursing home.

The Christian education I was expected to receive. It was all worth it though, because I met my little brother there through big brothers big sisters. I would gladly do it again. Also I have a few friends with chemistry/physics jobs working sales. Engineering yeah that's a safe degree
