Did my alignment today and i was way off lol also filled the tank up

 

Gave it a bath and took some pictures today.

Found a bunch of ac delco oil filters at menards in the clearance section for $5 a piece maybe go check out for them

 

Went "zoom zoom" with my two year old in the back. I think he likes my car more than I do!

 

Watched a 4th gen camaro with racing stripes (2 in front but 1 solid in back) and ghetto ass taillights do a ricer flyby after losing.

 

My sister's dog scratched my trunk its not deep so i should be able to buff it out tho, my wing wasnt so lucky got like 2 small spots of paint removed

 

I don't like dogs. Usually for this reason, or similar ones. ESPECIALLY chihuahuas. Judge me if you want I hate chihuahuas.

 

Yeah ohh well i guess not much i can do now but be more careful

 

Drove it home from Carlisle Performance and Style.

 

Washed her now she looks good again. Need to try and get rid of those scratches soon

 

Learned the NLS function is much more forgiving with the timing than I thought.... you can really hold it there before it'll drop on ya.... nothin like a muffler delete and a POP POP POP POP in a tunnel

Whenever I get asked why I'm not tuned yet my response is so I can still do **** like that without worrying about breaking something :P

 

If you keep doing that you'll break it eventually.

 

well obviously.. I'm not doing it everyshift//just nice after a crappy day at the office... puts a smile on my face

 

Tuned the max boost in 1st gear for a nice ramp from 50% up to 70% at redline and disabled torque management for gear changes and Trans abuse. Put a huge smile on my face when I nailed it from a red light and held traction till a strong 2nd gear shift was met with the enlightening screech of a pair of Nitto NT05's fighting for traction. Last time I heard that much tire squeal from a Cobalt was a nls in my buddies 2010 trifecta tuned ss on 24lbs.

Don't get to drive it like that very often so I came home after the tune all giddy like the 1st day I got her.

 

Replaced my antenna base tonight. Factory one had become seized to the factory antenna and I've had my MPx antenna just waiting to be installed for months. Took me minutes to change. Hardest part was pulling the old antenna out the bottom of the hole with the cable still attached. New MPx antenna looks terrific. Quick radio test in my garage showed no loss in FM reception.

Also received my LNF shift bracket today. Hoping to install this weekend.

 

Planned on washing it today but the sun wasn't out and it was pretty humid, so I vacuumed it out, cleaned the seats, and wiped down all the plastic parts down and cleaned them. It makes me feel so much better when I drive a clean car. When its dirty I feel like I'm driving a pile of **** haha. Also got a free tire re-alignment and fitment because I had a bead leak. Wednesday my cold air intake is getting here and may make a How-to for it because there is no good one with pictures on here for the LSJ models.
