Beaters are the best. You can drive around with no one trying to race you, and you don't need to worry if it gets a chip or ding.

Lol I would need to sell the car or not drive it for it to be safe. People are horrible driving here 8 yrs driving 4 rear ends

To add to that I've always been standing still when I've been hit

I just made an appointment with a stealership as I received notification that the recalls on my car were never done. Go figure.

I try to avoid congested areas with my car. I'm fortunate that I have multiple routes home, and most are country road driving

I only have Interstate 10 to move around town, anything else would take me twice the time to get where I need to go, plus having people from Mexico and New Mexico doesn't help lol

Guys don't use paypal today until they get their problem worked out. I sent payment at like 11am to someone for 60s and it came out of my credit account but neither of us see it in our paypal accounts. And apparently everyone sending money is getting the same problem. I'll post when it's finally fixed.

I received second degree burns from a resin exotherm just now. I didn't realize the high temp resin cured that hot. The bowl got bumped and I got burned.

PayPal is working again! What a headache that was.

On another note I have half of the valves on my ported head lapped already. Gonna be finishing it while a sheet of carbon fiber cures.

Yeah it's the first time I've had an issue like that. But it's fine now.

I also finished lapping all my valves so now I just need to save for a timing and head gasket set. Then install the Pwerks springs and comp cams and put it on the car! Who knows how long that'll take though...

Headlight covers for everyone!

TBH the only reason I haven't sold any is because the finish is tricky on them. Either there are chips in the finish from drying out if I vacuum onto a piece of glass, or if I spray them with clear the paint won't adhere. It's baffling but I'm working with someone to fix it. Then I can hopefully start mass producing.

Drove her to work.

Nice chilly 40 degree morning made it a blast pulling onto the interstate.

I was going to mention that I've been biking to work more to save miles and wear on the car, but Eddie would probably be killed rather than just need new paint on his bumper every 6 months!
