Replaced my crappy temporary Scosche speakers with some JBL GX602's. I'm also working on Plastidiping my interior door handles after the peeling chrome trim sliced my hand open a couple times 😬 I'll post pics when I'm done.

I hope it went to a good home. One of the locals here sold his about a year ago and it went from Indiana to Colorado to somewhere on the east coast.

It's still for sale actually, lol.

Still homeless. They put a front plate on it though... yuck.

Yes sir!!

Silly front plate laws. I'm so glad PA doesn't require a front plate.

That happens a lot. My VW was about to get shipped to CO so I got a pretty good deal on it knowing that.

Tinted tail lights and side markers with Plasti Dip. Started out with Plasti Dip Smoke, but after 5 coats and not much of a difference, I said fvck it and just threw down 2 coats of black. Then finished them off with 3 coats of glossifier. Pretty happy with the results!

I like the way it looks and you can clearly see the light through the tint. I'm going to take it out on a backroad with my roommate and drive up 1000 ft to actually make sure the light is visible from a distance. You can't really see it in the pic very well, but I didn't touch my actual brake light, so that's unaffected.

Well, I still have my 3rd brake light, so no one can say they can't see my braking, and if in a while I decide I don't like it, or it affects the light too much, it's Plasti Dip, I can just peel it off

Why not at least use regular tail light tint so its smooth with no texture? Cheaper than all that dip

And if you get in a accident with heavily tinted tails you will probably be at fault even if it wasn't your fault. I never understood that fad. Buy some smoke k2 tails that have leds, look nice and are plenty bright.
