I was at a dyno day not to long ago and saw a stock SS/SC put down 224.

 

Mine made 220whp at 6800rpms with just airbox mod and megan catback. Trapped 100mph consistently at the track.

 

how about the engines that were assembled on a wednesday , not mon. or fri.

I heard Liquid Nightmare's was a factory freak

 

factory freaks are a myth imo

 

I know a guy that owned a GTP not far from me who had a pulley, intake, tune, and ran low to mid 13's on street tires. That's a factory freak! Normally that puts you in the low 14 second range. High 13's if you're lucky.

 

I've seen stock 88-93 Mustang 5.0L get low 13's with just exhaust, different rear gears, and slicks.......now that's factory freak. That's with bone stock, cylinder heads, intake manifold and camshaft, and they're supposed to get in the 180-190 whp range stock.

 

I think mine is, while i was bone stock i raced another cobalt ss/sc from a roll walked about 4 cars on him
