what should i do
Fluids check/swap/top up. Brake check/job. Air filter check/change. Check plugs and wires. Rust check. Check bushings, control arms, tie rods/suspension components. Check belts. Inspect exhaust. Check for fuel leaks, mainly under drivers side near seat. Check/change wiper blades. Check/change bulbs. Tighten any loose bolts found back to spec. Vacuum. Armorall. Wash. Wax.
lol
Basically just fine tooth comb everything and if anything odd stands out, ask for some help if you need to.

Fluids, Plugs, check belt, also check all your radiator and heater core lines. Not so much for milage, but for age. If they are really squishy, its a good time to swap em all out for new ones.

Best thing you can do is figure out what do you want to use the car for, how much power you want, and how much your willing to spend. Then go from there.
Personally I'd start with an option b install and look at the supporting mods first before going for power.

60k is nothing to worry about....
My car is at 59800 (parked for the winter), so close enough to 60k.
While I upgraded a lot of parts on my car, the remaining factory items are still like the day I drove her home brand new.
Just check things like your air filter, fuel filter, cabin filter, suspension components, and should be set.

Im at 66k in mine, daily driven all year round. Although ive replaced everything on it that you mentioned, it has been going great.
E85 /fully bolted/2.8 pulley/full suspension and she is really fun.
You should have nothing major to worry about just little maintenance things.
