What should I do....NEED SOME ADVICE

Well in January i am planning on possibly getting a new 09 SS/TC which would be a huge upgrade from my 07 ls. The tricky part is this....i obviously owe on the 07 and financing on the new 09 could be crazy. I plan on putting about 4000 down on the new one. Here is the question.....Go for it or go for a used 06-07 SS/SC or..........put some money into the 07 ls........HELP!!!!!!!!!

More than that.... were looking at 13000 with a high ass interest rate (first time buyer with no fn co-signer) so the main reason of this process is to get a car i REALLY want at a lower interest rate

Another option is to use that money and turbo what you have, but if your like me you may just be too lazy to go through it haha.

You just have to run the numbers to see which way to go. You probably owe so much on the '07 that even the $4K down won't get the payment low enough to make sense.

Tried the refinance option cant do it.......owe to much lol.....chevy is only running that 72@0 in specific regions and on specific cars. So again no movement there. Im starting to think that maybe i should just mod what i have and be happy.....What do yall think? Mod what i have (which already has a few :18s/lowered) or ?????????

first off how old are you?

why dont you leave your ls stock and save a couple hundred dollars a month that you would be spending on a new car.. by the time you have your ls paid off you will probably have 20-30k saved and you could put half down on your next car or even pay cash for it if you want.. just a thought

Ahhhh wouldnt that be nice......If i didnt have all my other finances (house and other bills ect) than that would be a magnificant plan. Truth is im looking for advice about the present not the future. Saving to 20 or 30 thousand would be amazing but i have to be realistic...i appreciate the thought though Any advice on what to do presently!!!!

Easy killer.....If you happen to look on the site you will see that not EVERYONE has an SS....So therefore a little research being done would have been your best bet lol. The main reason i joined this site is to gather information on COBALTS and maybe get some opinions from other cobalt owners. So just calm down.....take a deep breath....and maybe read my question....and than if you have a justified answer id be happy to hear from ya!!!!!!!

I say mod the ls, that is what i am doing...much more cost effective...its one off, and you get to say you did the work. There are alot of options out there for you and alot of help...and yes...alot of owners arnt ss owners...that argument has been had and rehad

Just keep the ls, youll be happy later Let me know if you have any qs on the ls mod stuff...i tend to do alot of it and help people with alot of it

under the trunk there are 4 nuts, take them off then carefully but forcefully pull up on the spoiler and heat the sticky stuff underneath...you may need help with it..but it will come off...then clean and cover holes (or insert higher spoiler

I have done intake, header, dp, exhaust, strut bar, springs, rims, and am about to do brakes and cams... then intake mani and tb
oh, and tune :P

Right now I am running 155whp - should be *around* 200whp with intake mani, tb, and cams

other then covering the holes i would find someone to swap with on here...swap your trunk lid with spoiler for one without

Put $4000 into your present car then try to refinance.
