what to torque gmpp exhaust bolts to

i installed the gmpp performance exhaust on my car about a year ago and noticed that now there is a pretty bad build up around the clamp connecting the first piece to the second piece, so i wanted to take that clamp off and try to reseat it. i cant find the instructions anymore, can anyone tell me what the clamp is supposed to be torqued to? thanks.

Instructions say

"tighten all the clamps to 32-35 ft. lbs. Tighten the front flange to 18-22 ft. lbs."

Your welcome.
