Who is the rarest???
Who is the rarest???
ok guys so i have not seen any GM released production numbers for the cobalt yet, and just want to get an idea as to which color and optioned ss/sc is the rarest. it seems there are a few "known" things about production numbers though.
1. 2005's are obviously the most rare thus far
2. most ss/sc's have sunroofs yes?
3. arrival blue is most likely the hardest to find?
am i correct about these? so the way i see it my 2005 black non-sunroof balt is pretty rare?

Also, in your sig. it says you got that time w/ Stage 2 and a tune, is that a custom tune after the GM one?
edit: I just read your sig more & answered my own question.
13.7 aint no thang!!! not hating on the driver, but thats what stage 2 alone should be
Being a bodyman i fervently hope that i never have to restore a chevy cobalt or any car built after 1986.Specially 20-25 years from now. Because thats the year of the plastic revolution for cars, and plastic with age gets very brittle and fugly lookin. And since most interior and some exterior trim is snaped-on on just about any car out there, it would be very hard to take anything off without breaking everything. Sad but true. And a lot of people dont understand that with restorations comes breaking old brittle parts, no matter how careful you are.
Although funny story, i had 2 funny "restorations" lately. A 1991 peugot and a 1987 toyota corrola, which the owner even paid to get all the outside wheel well trims+mud flap OEM straight from japan. price tag? 1500$ for the trims, crazy ***** out there i tell you.
