I will definately be trading in for one. I wonder if the price will be close to what the SS/SC were.

really it depends on the markup. I'm pretty sure they're going to have one on the first batch. I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy one but I don't mind waiting an extra couple of months if it's going to save me a few grand.

do u own your car or are you leasing?
if u own, you sell your car to the dealership and put the negitive equitity on top of the price of the car to make the lease payment.
if u lease and you want to get rid of your car for another i think there are like fines they make you pay or u might just be stuck till the lease is over im not entirely sure.

and for me leasing the turbo balt will all depend on the price. if its anymore than an SS/SC NO WAY! by the time the ss/tc comes out there should be some new ss/sc's left (few and far between) with hectic discounts.

i'll buy a 2nd balt. no news in sales dept on the 08.5 LNF, I'll order it when it is avail. Trading yer balts at the dealerships......eww good luck. Unless you've got a sub 3% rate it's gonna make yer payments go up... be prepared

Hell, i'm still waiting for the Camaro I paid 1000 bux deposit for the first one ordered a yr ago

I won't be. I'm very happy with my 06 ss/sc, but if all goes as planned my next car is a c5 vette (personal preference, favorite model). The cobalt just isn't one of those "I want to own one the rest of my life" kind of cars to me. Great for college though.

I REALLY want a new Camaro, but we'll see how I'm sittin financially, I would definitely consider trading into a Cobalt SS/TC from the SC though.

why dont people just invest in a aftermarket turbo kit for there ss/sc in the long run i think u would be paying less than trading the ss/sc in for a ss/tc

I myself will not be. I personally like saying I have a supercharger on my car and getting people going... "Ummm that's like a turbo right?"

I just chukle and say "Close enough" Unless I have time to explain the benifits and negatives of each.
