Will this E-Brake Fit?

NRG Emergency Hand Brake (E-Brake) Handle - REAL Black Carbon Fiber

I've never changed out my e-brake handle so I'm not sure on the dimensions needed. I emailed the company and they said they weren't sure. I understand I may need to dremel down something to make it fit but is the hole too small on the handle to fit in a Cobalt?
The dimensions are:
Top Hole (Button Hole): 17 mm diameter (0.67 inches)
Bottom Hole: 23 mm diameter (0.91 inches)
Overall Length: 107 mm (4.21 inches)

Thanks everyone!

Yeah I think that's what I'm gonna do. Suprised nobody has tried. It's a nice looking handle.
