I have a 2009 Cobalt LS with the LAP 2.2L ecotec and was wondering if anyone knew if this kit will fit on the newer engine model with out any extra modifications, aside from the obvious things like ecu and fuel delivery parts.

No, you have to purchase all of the pieces separately and do it on your own. You can see a complete parts list in my build thread in the LAP section.
