Wind Noise

At what speed if any do you guys notice wind noise on your Cobalt?

I would say at around 50-60mph I start to hear wind noise. I can definitely hear it at 80mph. I just want to make sure I don't have a leaky door seal or anything. I'm assuming this is normal at present time.

I'm coming from a Cavalier with crappy seals where it sounded like I had the windows down at ALL speeds, so.. I'm just checking.

I've noticed some wind noise from the sunroof when going about 50-60 when it's closed all the way. Nothing unbearable though.

My Pioneer sound system is usually too loud for me to hear any wind noise.

I hear some wind noise with the sun roof door open, but otherwise I really don't hear anything other than tire noise. Pretty damn quiet for this class of car IMO.

I agree with 'mken' that for this class of car it is very quiet at highway speeds with all windows and sunroof closed. Although on the weekend I took a road trip and pushed the car for a minute on a long stretch of open road and got up to around 170-180km/hr and had a hissing leak from the sunroof. It was very windy that day, so I'm not sure if it was cross wind or something. I haven't been that fast since so I'm not sure. Overall though, I'm very satisified with the lack of wind noise.

The reviewer must have been on crack. The Cobalt is the quietest car in its class. At highway speeds, it's about 50% quieter than an Mazda3.
