whenever i put my drivers side window down, it makes a noise like its rubbing on a piece of dry rubber

anyone have this problem? or know how to fix it?
if not ill let the dealer handle it when i get my oil changed

 

GM stuck all these one sided foam pieces all over their glass in the Cobalt's. I've had a similar problem but with the sunroof.

 

what did you do about it

 

Its a piece that is supposed to be taken off while the car is being assembled. I couldn't reach the one on my sunroof so when the track broke on it, I had it serviced. The tech's there removed the pieces and low and behold, no noise.
