First off, what the hell CAI is $90??? Please don't get ebay junk.

That being said, CAI all the way. I've had my car over a year and I still put off tint so I can do other stuff first.

 

i'd go with the intake...that was my first mod and i had to pick between CAI and tints and i was much happier with my choice

 

It's a pipe and filter. Don't waste money on a name and stickers.

20% all around looks badass

 

Unless you live in VA, in which case the cops won't agree that it looks badass. Our legal limit here is 35%.

But yeah, performance, THEN looks IMO. My most recent 3 mods were my 19"s, my shorty antenna, and my tinted tails. I had the full exhaust, intake, shifter, ETD, and all my suspension/brake stuff done before I even considered fancying up the looks.

TO THIS

 

stock tint is the limit in NY, so technically any aftermarket tint is illegal
but tint will look sweet on a cobalt

I got my tint done by LA Tint for like 130 bucks, 30 percent all around, but they couldn't give me a receipt

Haven't been bothered by cops yet
