Anyhow. I am going to be performing a wing deletion on my 06 SS N/A Auto.
10mm bolts hold the wing in place.

any suggestions for filling the holes left behind?

Was planning on getting some 10/11mm rubber plugs to insert to fill the holes.

other options greatly appreciated!😁

 

Go to LKQ and get a ls model with no spoiler easiest way imo

 

best way is to swap trunk lids. check out your local wrecking yards, these cars are so common you can often find a trunk lid of the same color.

 

I need to do this just to see if it impacts 1/4 mile runs at all. Especially since the high rise isn't really useful other than making the car look like it's in the fast and furious movies.

 

It makes a ton of drag. Guys say it pulls 10mph of your top speed. I know my stock tc gps'd

Your trunk will have dents from the trunk lid flexing. Also it's taped on like a mother.

 

In for info. I often wondered if it would make any measurable difference on ET's. Granted it would be small but would still be interested to see. Cluelessk, it looks like you were starting to say something about GPS and it was cut off the sentence, or maybe I missread
