Winter Question

Ive always heard people say that turbo cars run better in colder weather, ive got a '10 cobalt ss/tc with 17k on it...put a hahn intake on it and removed the muffler...but when its cold it only hits 11-12 psi...normal when its warmer is 14-16....is this normal or is there anything i should do?

Normal. Colder air is denser and you hit your Q limits with less boost.
