Hopefully I am in the right place, I am looking for a cobalt ss/sc and there is one in my area that has a rebuilt title just need input is it worth buying and if so how much should I ask for it?

If you can swing the 6, I'd go for it. From what I can see, it's worth it. Wouldn't hurt to try for 4.5k cash or 5k (dealerships usually have a lower cash rate if you are not financing). Looks like there is a lot of money put into that car, already. I'd be interested in knowing what happened to the car, but it should be okay since it passed the requirements to get "rebuilt" title.
