Those seats aren't the same. Most factory Recaro's look about the same when you're talking panel geometry etc but thos RS4 seats and COMPLETELY different. I have a set of Recaros in my GTI that look almost the same but feel 100% different.
As for you hunting down the Audi, you may be able to keep up with it in a straight line but just wait until theres a turn....

If I were you, I wouldn't go picking on an RS4. Only if you were really modded, and you were from a 2nd gear roll. Off the line, any sort of turn, limited traction situation, game over. For that matter, any modded A4, S4, RS4 will kill these cars in the corners.
As you can tell, I am an Audi man, Drove an RS4, amazing, my dad has a 05 S4, amazing and I have a 06 A4 2.0T, amazing. They handle amazingly well, and have gobs of torque, in any engine. have fun!
