turns out it needed a new throttle body and wastegate...not driver error as some might have thought...

what kind of jerking motion? What was wrong with your TB? and we don't have waste gates, we have bypass valves. I sometimes get jerkiness inbetween shifts and i know it from revving too high and throwing a MAF code, i just clear it though.

Well mine had been doing it a couple times but the ENG PWR Reduced light came out which was pretty serious. The jerky motion I had would happen whether I was getting on the throttle or just cruising. The car would all of a sudden lurch backwards then forwards a few times in a row if I didnt let off. I finally took it into the dealership and that was the problem (I wasnt sure if it was a wastegate or bypass valve couldnt remember). You should probably get it checked out it was all under warranty and didnt cost a penny!
