If money is no object, i've seen a lot of people saying they would only have a few package upgrades.... where is the imagination?!
Hmmm maybe something you'd see on Pimp my Ride and have a snow cone machine or perhaps a mobile hair salon (actually happened on pimp my ride!)... but no im not retarded.... or maybe a flying cobalt that glows so bright it blinds people that try to look at it!... ? nah
I would go with a 2 tone paintjob. Medium blue to a light green. Maybe some kind of a subtle pattern under the paint that comes out in certain lights.
Lowered to the ground with hydrolics or something to lift it up over the nasty speed bumps where i live.
20" chrome rims, thin 5 spoke.
White interior with a blue trim. Massage seats that are HEATED!
Crazy heads up display. Some sort of high tech navigation setup.
A dash setup like the Mercedes S series has (night assist and self drive)!
Voice activated everything!
A drink cooler/warmer for a cup holder.
Nice high end audio surround sound system. Probably only 2 10" subs. (the 1 10" stock sub suits me just fine)
The standard lcd setup for passengers... perhapas an xbox 360 and ps3.
Remote start and door opener with a sensor so it doesnt hit anything.
The engine is simple, mainly because i don't know much about them... 500 to 600 horse power. Twin charged because it sounds cool. Options to make it efficient for basic city driving, highway driving and track driving. Which means crazy tuning and tweaking that is adjustable by the push of a button... or better yet, my voice.
And last but not least... It has to have A.I. so i have someone to tell me how crazy im driving... like KIT from Knight Rider.
hahaha... its like im 10 again!... hmmm time travel if it goes 88MPH? would make for a good 1/4 mile if im there before i start

This is too easy.
My dream Cobalt would be a Cobalt all in one piece, running great and sitting in my driveway/garage.
At this point stock would be absolutely fine with me.

Im hoing to turn mine into my dream cobalt. Haha. All I have left to do on the outside is : OEM style cf hood, cf highrise center section, tenzo springs, 25% tint, Slotted rotors, black headlights.
Performance: Finally install my custom stage kit! Header and DP, Ingalls and solid tranny mounts, rear sway bar, strut tower brace, dual pass and H/E and stg2 clutch/flywheel
Interior: Tenzo Seats, 3 gauge a pillar pod, shift light

My dream cobalt? Well since there's an unlimited budged....
Drop a f'ing LS-9 Corvette ZR1 in the back (mid-engined), rear wheel drive conversion, and every support I would need so the car doesn't snap in half.
Like I said, if money were no object and I could through that insanely much at it....
