My car as it stands with current modifications (see vB Garage or check the July COTM thread) with the additions of:

JBP mild crate engine
JBP tri-flow cams
JBP valvetrain
Saturn Motorsports ported TB
Professional HP Tuners tuning
Black powdercoated valve cover
Aftermarket rods/pistons
Cyro treated gears
Exedy stage 2 clutch
Fidanza lightweight flywheel
Custom black housing HID retrofits
OEM style cf hood
Xcellerated concepts cf trunk
Custom cf wrapped roof
Custom cf wrapped SS/SC front lip
Leather Status fixed back racing seats
Autopower "street cage" w/ harness bar (painted gloss black)
Willans harnesses (black)
Cf interior trim
SS/TC upper/lower grilles
ZEX wet kit
Modern Performance floormatts

And here's what would be replaced

BC coilovers in place of my Sportines/stock shocks
SSBC front/rear big brake kits in place of my Powerslot/Hawk setup
20" Enkei LS-5's in place of my 19" Axis Mods
Rebel Autoworks CAI in place of my AEM CAI

That's all I can think of at the moment, lol.

Ummm.....

Twin-turbo 4-cyl = retarded. There's a reason 99.9% of 4-cyls only run a single turbo. Your motor wouldn't even create even exhaust backpressure to spool the two turbos unless they were tiiiiny, and even then.....why wouldn't you just want one nice size turbo over two tiny turbos. Again, there's a reason why 3rd gen RX-7 TT and Supra TT owners switch their stock twins out in favor for one large turbo.

Also, if you somehow had a twin-turbo setup on an LE5 engine, you wouldn't be using a ZZP header/downpipe, you'd probally be running a way.....way....custom turbo manifold + custom downpipe setup.

My dream Cobalt would make it magically turn into a modded and tuned Corvette ZR1, GT-R, or G37 TT...

But hey, let's be practical...

My 2005 Victory Red Cobalt SS is almost exactly what I would have factory ordered.

A few things I would change, and might change.

I'd like a little more adjustment available in the seats, I will probably modify the mounting points to suit me better

Brake upgrades. Not that I really need them, but you can never have too much brake.

Torque. I'd like some bottom end torque. Stoplight racing requires abusing the clutch to get into the power curve. I'll start with intake and exhaust and see how happy I am after that.

Trunk release. I want it to open by itself when I hit the remote, its stupid that the Sunfire trunk opens, but the Cobalt and G5 trunks only release enough to get your fingers in there. I've got my arms full of groceries, I want it to open by itself.

Sunroof controls, I want the button in the dash under the radio rather than on the roof

Interior light, with the sunroof you only get the little map lights in the rearview mirror, which don't light up a whole lot

Rear view camera. I can't see a damn thing out the back window with that stupid tall wing.

That stupid wing. I like the way it looks, but its pretty flimsy, it occilates on the freeway, bounces when you close the trunk. Okay I can accept that its not actually functional, but it shouldn't be such a piece of crap.

12 volt power ports, the one in front of the drink holder is dumb, I can't use it or I can't use the drink holder. I'll add another one beside the secondary 12 volt outlet.

floor mats that cover the whole floor. I've always got gravel all around the floor mat, the stock mats aren't protecting anything.

Thats about it. I'm good with the car the way it is for the most part, I accept that its nothing but a generic gm econobox on steroids. Its not a Cadillac or Corvette and I don't aspire to have my econobox be able to compete with the Cadillacs or Corvettes.
