10 Minute Spring/strut/shock Swap without a sprig compressor

You will need:
New Springs (Canuck Motorsport shown here) aka SSC springs
Air Tools (15 gallon tank and impact wrench)
Assorted sockets for front
Only 21mm socket needed for rear
torque wrench in ft lbs

FRONT

Open hood
Put car on jack stands
take off front wheels
remove top bolt only from sway bar link
put large (6 ton) floor jack under nuckle with a wood 2x4 buffer
Unbolt large nut on top of tower
Drop floor jack
Unblot strut at the bottom (2 bolts)
Pull strut off car
Swap Springs
Reinstall strut and two bottom bolts ONLY
Jack up strut back into tower aligning new spring and strut
Reinstall nut on top of tower and tighten with impact wrench
Reinstall bolt from sway bar links
Reinstall tire/wheel
Repeat on other side

10 minutes per side, ITS THE CATALINA WINE MIXER, POW!

REAR

I actually took pics on the back of the car.

Jack up car from rear with 2x4 just at the back of the spare tire well being careful not to bend metal, easily done dont contest that it needs to be elsewhere.
Remove BOTH wheels/tires

Remove this nut with a 21 mm socket and impact wrench, not tool needed on nut behind the bolt, its welded to the assembly. Do on both sides, axle will fully drop.

With both 21 mm bolts removed from lower shocks springs will do this.

Pull both springs and swap bump stops and spring isolators.

Reinstall new springs in the rear on both sides, makes it easier to both.

Reinstall lower bolts on both shocks, again both sides is easier when done all at once.

On progressive rate coils, tighter coils go up top per the SSC/ Canuck motorsport thread. This can be debated and will work either way.

Reinstall wheels with torque wrench set to 100 ft lbs.

Stare at lowered car...

Sorry for crappy driveway shots, not my driveway.
