Can someone Point Me Towards the right direction. I have a 08 Cobalt ss and the previous owner cut the stock radio Harness. Long story short I wana wire up a aftermarket stereo . I've Searched Multiple Forums and they All Have different answers.

 

Best advice that I can give for a situation like that...buy the factory radio harness and solder the wires back together (Metra Part # 71-2104 | GM wire harness | Metra Online)
Match the wire colors or follow the PDF they provide (http://www.metraonline.com/files/pro...NST71-2104.pdf)
Then buy the aftermarket harness that retains all your factory options like door chimes and OnStar. Many steps and lots of money to fix this problem, Good Luck.
