I was viewing the how to on installing halo projector headlights and i have a question that it didn't really answer. I purchased some CCFL halo projectors off of ebay and there's no mention of a resistor in the add. The install also doesn't say anything about resistors. so my question is will the install be the same way just include resistors or do i even need them at all because im assuming the how to right up was for led halos?
