Thanks Halfcent, this write up really helped when I had to replace the facia I damaged 1 week after I bought my new SS/TC
I did find I was able to remove the fog light bezels/mounting brackets with a thin slot driver from the front, one tab at a time, without disassembling them. Surprisingly I didn't even scratch the paint but it wouldn't have mattered on the damaged one.

The air dam part# 2269987 has been superseded with part# 25792391 & a higher price, because both part #s are in the system, my dealer's parts dept. cut me break on the price.

I just did this swap, and now have the gap at the base of the fascia to the wheel well liner.
Sorry if all of this has been answered before, but I got a little confused when this was being discussed. Is the fix for this in the diagram above? It looked like #7 was mentioned earlier, but I don't have, nor do I want the front lip. Is the SS air dam different than the one on the LT? I know it doesn't match up now, but it sounded like this bracket would fix that, or am I reading this wrong? Thanks for any help!
P.S. Also, same question for the rear SS bumper, which also doesn't match up after the swap. As before, no lip (It has the NA/2.4L diffuser already).

I have a Colbalt but it is not a ls nor a ss.. Just a low grade one.. Will everything still fit just the way you described the ls? Cause i would like to do a ss kit too. I have big plans for this car.

Anybody know if all these bumper covers/front fascias are interchangeable? I have some guy from GM say that the SS front fascia with the supercharger will not fit my LS. So would I need the front fascia w/o the supercharger or is he just dumb and the SS w/ supercharger front fascia will fit as well?
What was the one you got Halfcent?
