didnt have to, seen the pics. Ive always wanted to do this, but have my inner lights done completely red and wire them into the outer lights and use a regular bulb to attain the same OEM look as the outers but look like the vette. Those strips look tacky. im sure some people have done a decent job on the install, but from most of these pics not so much.

 

Na I know way you mean... If it's done right, then it looks good, whenever I feel up to it Ima do some dual LEDs in both of em

 

lookin good, im in japan so i see skylines every day and this looks verry simalar except for they are supposed to blink

 

its really nice to see that after 4 years of making this mod and this thread that you all are still making them and making them better.

just did these the other day, when i took the tail light apart i played with a couple different ways to set the lights up. i found the best way to make it look like the outter tails, i used a red led strip (straight one) and went around the outside of the inner part of the tail (the chrome part) so you cant directly see them but they reflect off the inside very nicely.

 

Anyone else do this and got pic?
