^Good luck trying to get something like that to all of the bolts.... I didn't torque mine....

if you're using elbows doesn't that contradict using a torque wrench?

Is this piece bigger than the stock down pipe, or is that just an odd pic?

so does this come with a new gasket for the header side and you reuse the one where the catback meets the dp?

Mine came with a GM packaged header gasket. I had to reuse the paper thing metal gasket inbetween exhaust and d/p. Just cleaned it up with some break cleaner, probably didnt have to though

It comes with a new header gasket, atleast mine did. i didnt put it on because i only had about 4000k mi when i got my downpipe

do they make this for LSJ and LE5 is the question. I see that this downpipe fits the turbo balt header which is 4 bolts on the manifold to downpipe whereas other Cobalts have 3 bolts, 1 on top; 2 on bottom. I really want to do this. You guys who bought this, the header to downpipe gasket comes with it for free? You didnt pay any extra?
