hey got a question I've seen some cheap projectors on civics that aren't correctly aimed at the ground how does that actual light produced compare. By this I mean is the light nice and spread out or is it focused into two little light areas. If that makes sense¿

u have to adjust the headlights.... mine were off but you have to adjust the low beam, then high beams....... the halos are not replaceable unless you find a replacement halo and open up the headlights.... idk about the leds but their blue anyways

The halo's are always on?? I don't like tha idea.

The single bulb beside all thre.. running lights??

If you can let me know that would be great.

So the side bulb all alone by itself is the turn signal? And the LED's are the daytime running lights? Are they bright enough for that? The halos can't be because I heard they barely show up during the day... I really want some black projectors but I have a feeling those are going to get me pulled over and arrested up here

Did both or your headlights have the foam rubber around the top of the headlight?

You can put any H1 bulb in for the headlights...theres 4 bulbs total, 2 highs and 2 lows.

But if you want HID's, you will have to do some modding to get them in.

Okay just to sum up what has been discussed rather than reading the full post.

These take H1 bulbs. If your thinking of putting Hids in there are kits out there that will just fit in. but your taking a risk. on my set I just got yesterday (July 7) it has stickers that say hidable.

I am honestly going to give an opinion on these. I think it is a great idea look and layout for these lights. BUT......
1. no instructions (wiring is easy but how do you adjust them)
2. the black I got but they are painted and unfortunatley you can tell (big runs in turn signal, black over spray)
3. High beams are better than stock, low beams is okay to not great. cut off of the beam is great. I think stock low beams are better. But I have to adjust them yet. with different bulbs may make a big difference.
4. Dont like blus LEDS on a red car. This can be changed easily with sodering. just pull the out. they go into the assembly with rubber plugs.
5. the vents on the back have little 90 degree tubes. had to glue mine on. they are very loose.
6. Fittment issues. had to use side cutters to get them to fit right.

I will add more as I think of it.

LOOK GOOD FROM FAR BUT ARE FAR FROM GOOD LOL. I am going to keep them and make them work.
Bottom line. THey look super, easy to put in, just adjustment is not easy, I had fittment issues that had to be solve with side cutters and careful placement.

Yeah the hardest part is adjusting...mine fit perfect though...just had to wiggle them in.

Mine DID come with instructions...but they weren't that informative.

Over all though, once they are adjusted...they're wicked nice...and I put new bulbs in mine as soon as I got them, lighting is very nice and bright.

For the moment, I believe it's the only place to get them. cobalt-addiction.com should have them ready for order before too long.

hey i just got my black lights in today. Im confused on this part.

Next cut the brown and one of the black wires on the small side marker bulbs socket. The take some wire quick connectors and crimp them on the wires you just cut like this.

Am I just splicing them together or do i plug the other end in. I am i doing this to two brown and two black wires because it looks like 2 connectors in the pic.
