Interior: seat belt
Well... you would need to take the head rest off (And they require a tool to release it from the seat).
Anyways, good luck getting any inspection place to pass you without them in PA.
Also, the SS/SC is not a car I would ever entertain not wearing a seatbelt in. The seatbelt I was wearing in my G5 in January of 2010 allowed me to get out of the car with only a small cut on my knuckle after a 40mph roll over into a ditch. Had I not had it on, I would've certainly went out the side window and been crushed.

Yes u can take them off, pull the headrest up, get a paper clip, open it up, stick the paper clip in the small hole in the guide around the headrest post, pull up on headrest, then on the bottom of the seatbelt ring there will be a couple spring clip things, break those off and then the belt ring will just pull off, replace headrest and your done

don't think he is talking about the seatbelt loop off the headrest.
you want to know how easy it is to get rid of the seatbelt chime? unplug the sensor underneath the seat. thats it
