Tip for installing your new gauge bezel
After you get your nice new gauge bezel, you have to get creative in the twisting to get it to fall into place. It can be done, but it takes skill, plus there's a learning curve involved. There's a better way. . After you pop of your lower dash cover to access the bezel screws, if you reach up underneath your dash, there are 2 bolts that hold up the steering column. You can see the right one easily, the left, not so much. Unscrew those using a 13MM socket and 6" or longer extension most of the way for an added 3/4" steering column clearance. Makes putting the bezel in trouble free and saves you the risk of scratching your new paint. Takes about a minute for both sides. I did mine from the seat and didn't need to crawl under dash either. An ounce of prevention........
