How to get sedan rear windows rolled all the way down?

It is bugging the heck out of me that there is about 1 inch that will not roll all the way down? Is there a bumper or anything that can be removed to allow the window to roll all the way down?

Also, if this isnt the right place please move it

Nope, they hit the arch where the door is curved around the wheel well. You might be able to cut the stops from the regulator and tracks and dent the door slightly to get that last inch, but I would advise against it.
