do you have tracking numbers or anything? i am getting tuned as soon as i get this on and i wanted to get the header and tune the same day and tune should take 2 days to get here. or do you know roughly how many days the headers are taking to get out?

 

When i ordered the pully a while back it took about 4 days to get to me i live in nyc.
Yeah a tracking number would be good i wana be home when the headers get here .

well i am installing cams, putting on the header and i want the tune all basically done at once. i am installing the cams this up coming weekend and ordering the tune on wednesday (probably) and then get the header and put it on over the weekend and have the tune when its done and have it driving and dyno it by mid-week after that and send the data logging and wideband back to vince to see if he needs to adjust the tune... so there are a few dates that i need to schedule that depend on when the header comes in

 

Anyone with a tracking number? This mega saver is turning into an unorganized mess.

I have always heard good things about JBP its kinda disappointing !
But im sure there is a reason, they must be really bizy and cant around to it but lets see what comes about this week coming up .
If all headers were shipped except the last 2 then we should get them some time this week .

Okay, I will say it again for those who thought I was joking before.
JBP is very short on their time because of all the work they are doing on my project. You guys really don't understand how much pressure I am putting on them to get my car done.
Add to that the pressure I am puttingon them to get my DD engine done and shipped back to me.
On top of that think how much tume it takes to send 50 different emails with different addresses and tracking numbers.
I shake my head at the seemingly immature attitude and lack of understanding.
You also have to consider that your items that are going state side have to go through customs and JBP doesn't control that and the US isn't exactly open border for shipping. Have you ever thought how much illegal susbstances could be contained in 50 JBP headers???
Patience is a virtue, something too many people still need to get.

Victory Red I hear every thing that you are saying. Customs between the US and Canada are not that bad. I deal with it everyday. They are on the move. It's just the time frame that this GB has taken was very poor planning. I hope that when I order the down pipe it will not take this long.

 

You are right about what you say with your car. But im sorry, Are they going to prioritize your car or the 200 orders that have for this header that was promised to be shipped 2 months ago. tracking numbers, customs or not. THEY DONT EVEN GIVE US A PHONE NUMBER. Basically we pay 435 2-3 months ago and not get replys or emails. If you are that busy, dont make a sale and promise times. Sorry about your car and all, but getting ur engine done is hardly priority when 200 or even 50 people are waiting and if its that case then its fucked up that your the reason tha we have to let our money rot!

I wasnt going to say anything till your comment. Do you really want to get into a number war with Rod. Would you like to know how much money he has tied up in that motor. A lot more then $450.

Give JBP a break guys. They make quality parts, that is why you guys are willing to pay. Yes it has been a while but at least your going to get a great finished product, they arent taking your money and running like some vendors have. Give it a rest and let then do what they have to do. They arent a huge corporation with thousands of workers that they can disperse to do the many projects.

You guys should be happy they continue to make parts for the cobalt. You got to pay to play and sometimes you got to prepay to play. Just give it time you will be happy with the end product.

And please dont compare what Rod is going through with his project cobalt to anything like waiitng 2 months for a header.
