You ignore it. I ignore JM. Everyone else ignores JM. You would think this guy would get it into his head that his methods are not making sales, but in fact COSTING him sales, but clearly that will not happen because he's transmitting but not receiving. He clearly isn't even looking at replies, which means he's not effectively using the tool that he's paying significant fees for.

Bad business.

I'm not buying from someone that does bad business.
