Well update: I got to go and work again tonight! I got my keys and codes back to the store and was able to RUN the store tonight!

I am so confused as to what the hell is going on, but my outlook is getting brighter but we shall see what Monday brings!

It is 5:00am, I'll prolly snooze for awhile... Squish I'll give ya a ring once I get up and around!

 

got my k&n cai yesterday looked at the instuructions not looking forward to having to install it

 

i was just goind to head up there about 12:30 it's about a 3 hour drive is if every thing goes good i should be there 3:30-4, and i didn't get the meth hooked up didn't have time

 

slownlow, they're easy to put on. take the front wheel off so its easier.

wow it just took me about 3 hours to put that damn intake onthe damn mass air meter plug doesnt seem to wanna clip all the way on. the intake doesnt line up worth a **** it appears to hit something in every possible place OMG ive put on probably 20 intakes in my life and never had problems

 

That sucks.... there are two different variants of the intake... you must have gotten the one that doesn't line up right!


Make sure you put the hydroshield on though, water does get in there!

 

well, it was enjoyable.

my car is slow. still

 

alrighty. found out why i hit 165 degree's on the iat2. ******* huge air pockets in the heat exchangers. fixed that. only hits 120 degree's now


also redid the water injection pick up in the reservoir. much stronger now.


in short, it's faster than it has ever been. {yes mary, way faster than saturday night}

What'd ya do to the pickup... higher pressure or bigger nozzle or what?

i got it all the way to the bottom of the bottle. pressure is the same. i may turn it up later though.
