yeah. when something is programed. theres a 7 or so digit number in there. itll be like 1245686. well, if you get on TIS to program, you sometimes get a number like *4522350 and it willsay its a non gm calibration. well now, from the looks of that bulletin, you can get a list of all calibrations and compare them to whats currently in the car. so they can see if its been fucked with.
